Brett Griffin began his marketing career in the late 90's while serving as the publicist for CITGO Petroleum and BAND-AID Brand in their NASCAR efforts with four-time NASCAR Most Popular Driver Elliott Sadler and two-time Daytona 500 winner Michael Waltrip.
Griffin emerged through the business ranks quickly and held multiple roles on his way to launching SpotOn Activations. From 2001 to 2020, Griffin served as Elliott Sadler's business manager and in 2005 Sadler, Griffin and NASCAR Champion and Hall of Famer Dale Jarrett launched Drivers Choice. As Managing Partner of Drivers Choice, Griffin negotiated and activated over 70 million dollars in successful sports marketing strategies and sponsorships.
In addition to his business acumen, Griffin has served as a NASCAR Spotter since 2000. While sitting atop NASCAR tracks across America, Griffin has accumulated wins with NASCAR drivers Elliott Sadler, Michael Waltrip, Greg Biffle, Kasey Kahne, Jeff Burton and Clint Bowyer. Griffin has visited Victory Lane in all three of NASCAR's national touring series.
When Griffin isn't full throttle behind his desk or perched up on a roof, he can be found weekly on NASCAR's most-honest podcast, Door. Bumper. Clear. Griffin joined the podcast in its inaugural season (2016) and is well known for his opinionated views on sports. DBC is operated by Dirty Mo Media, which is owned by NASCAR legend Dale Earnhardt, Jr.
